art. 5 – Poate dobandi calitatea de detective particular persoana care indeplineste urmatoarele conditii):
Poseda cel putin studii medii si este absolventa a unei scoli post liceale de detectiv sau a indeplinit functia de politist ori lucrator in cadrul
institutiilor publice cu atributii in domeniul apararii , ordinii publice sau siguranta nationala ori este absolvent ai unei institutii de invatamant
superior.)
Deasemenea ofera posibilitatea perfectionarii ori specializarii candidatilor la licentiere in profesia de detectiv particular ori acelor deja
autorizati.
La finalul cursului se elibereaza certificate de absolvire de catra Consiliul National de Formare Profesionala al Adultilor,de pe langa Ministerul
Muncii Sigurantei Sociale si Familiei-M.M.S.S.T. si Ministerul Educatiei si Culturii M.E.C., autoritatea competenta in materie , conform procedurilor
legale in vigoare si recunoscute in plan national.
Cursul este intensiv, cu formatori de prestigiu si abilitati teoretice , practice si psihopedagogice .
Scoala dispune:
-de spatii moderne,
-dotari multimedia si tehnico-operative necesare activitatii de investigatii.
Programa de pregatire este aprobata de catre Inspectoratul General al Politiei Romane si adecvata Standardelor Ocupationale Europene,
adoptate de Consiliul pentru Standarde Ocupationale- C.O.S.A.(H.C.M. 779/1999) privind profesia de detectiv particular (prevazuta in catalogul
activitatilor din economia nationala – C.A.E.N., cu nr. 345004)
Pregatirea, ca obiective generale, este axata pe desfasurarea activitatii specifice de investigare ( art. 1 din legea 329/2003) privind:
a) conduita si moralitatea publica a unei persoane;
b) date privind solvabilitatea ori seriozitatea unei persoane fizice sau juridice; potentiali parteneri intr-o afacere;
c) persoanele disparute de la domiciliu;
d) bunurile care fac obiectul unor litigii de natura civila sau penala instrainate in scopul prejudicierii intereselor unei parti in proces;
e) asigurarea protectiei impotriva scurgerii unor informatii din sfera vietii private sau a activitatii agentilor economici care doresc sa pastreze confidentialitatea acestora .

Absolventii au urmatoarele perspective:
1 Licentierea in activitatea de detective particular, conform procedurilor prevazute in legea 329/2003 si H.C.M 1666/2004 privind aplicarea
legii 329/2003.
2 Angajarea, conform pregatirii profesionale in structurile de asigurare a securitatii si sigurantei institutiilor si societatilor comerciale.
